"Excellent hotel, a little out of the way, but the view of Mount Fuji more than made up for that. We had an amazing view from our balcony and the dining room. We would have liked another pillow, as we only had one each."

"The property is right in front of Lake Kawaguchi and the room was spacious with a western-style bedroom and a Japanese tatami room. It came with an in-room sauna. We also enjoyed a private onsen with a Mt. Fuji view. Highly recommended place to stay. Staff members are friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Close enough to shrines and activities."

"Great place in the lake Kawaguchi area. A very large space that would have easily handled 4 even though we were only three. Lots o activities especially for families. A great onsen on premise. Staff was super helpful and friendly even bringing us some roasted corn to our room as we showed interest as we walked past him. "
