"The stay at Caribou Lodge was great. Comfortable beds & relaxing hot pool area. On site The Keg restaurant was an added bonus for a fantastic breakfast. The location was convenient to catch the Roam transit as well. The reception area was welcoming and the staff went above & beyond to help us figure out the pick up location for an excursion we had planned. The in room coffee maker was in need of updating but it didn’t spoil our stay! Overall "

"Our bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. Our room was clean and our bed, very comfortable. We liked the modern updates. It was also an easy walk to downtown Bannf."

"The refrigerator does not work. There is no AC which is ok except the guy below us sat out on his balcony smoking cigars."

"Wonderful location "

"A lovely rustic resort. The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The fireplace was setnup for us prior to arrival. There is a 4 piece bathroom, clothes closet sitting area Small desk and a small fridge. There is a gym and a lovely large in-ground hot tub.. the restaurant food was good but a bit pricey though the whole area is a bit priceway anyway.. "

"Was close to everything "

"Everything was smooth and easy from check in to check out! Staff are very kind,helpful and professional. Our loft room was AMAZING and clean. It had a small fridge and a coffee/Nespresso machine. The location is great. It is easy access to all attractions."

"Room was more than adequate. However, the service from all staff was outstandinAattentive and very helpful) ; and, the food ( and wait staff) at Meatball was excellent."
