"We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Family Selection. Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was outstanding with plenty of great options for the whole family. We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation."

"This was our first time staying at the Grand Palladium, and we had a wonderful experience. My husband and I stayed at Kantenah, while our adult kids stayed at Colonial. It worked out perfectly- they were close to all the activities and entertainment, and we were just steps from the beach, which I absolutely love. This is definitely a resort we would return to. We enjoyed the food, the shows, and the overall atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to offer even more entertainment geared toward teenagers and young adults. The White Party was a huge hit for my sons (and for us!), and more events like that would be fantastic. I truly recommend this resort for all ages-everyone will find something to enjoy. And special kudos to the entire staff. I have zero complaints. Everyone worked incredibly hard and treated us wonderfully, allowing us to relax and feel completely taken care of throughout our vacation. "

"Overall good stay. Staff was very attentive, our concierge Cielo was awesome and constantly checked on us. Carlos was great at casino night and had a very good vibe. Luis at the TRS pool was top notch. Overall bartenders and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks to Expedia (not sure if Expedia in general or due to our Platinum status) we received an upgrade to “vip” which gave us access to TRS facilies and restaurants. The food (especially breakfast and buffets) were night and day between TRS and the other “lower-end” parts of the resort, which made our experience much more enjoyable. Unfortunately the buffet at the non-TRS properties was below par for a 5 star restaurant. Romance bungalow was very unique and neat, nice to not have neighbors above or below you. Ovearll this is a good property, and would come bacl but probably book TRS next time."

"The beach view from our room was unobstructed. The service was top of the line. The meals, snacks, and drinks were simply delicious. We were not aware of this resort, since we had not been to Playa del Carmen however, our nephew (one of your employees) Luis Angel Guzman Lopez, was your best advocate and convinced us to visit and stay at Devossion. We will definetely go back."
