The staff at the Limehouse were top notch. Helped us with our luggage to our room in the old building, showed us around to the sauna area, and helped us order food for delivery at their sister restaurant, which was delicious. Room was beautiful too, the decorations around the common areas were so cute. For transportation into the central area, it was very convenient. There’s a bus stop right outside that took you downtown, and if you walk about 8 minutes you can catch the DLR to Tower Gateway or...

This was easily the best hotel we have stayed at in London. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! And although its Limehouse location may seem a bit remote, the nearby DLR runs so frequently that we were able to travel quickly and easily with the Tube to destinations in Lambeth and the central city.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere.
The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym.
The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street.
Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.
