Hostels in Nakakoma District

"Nice hotel with friendly staff and tattoofriendly onsen."

"Great hostel, filled with friendly staff. No trouble sleeping at night. View of mount fuji from the balcony is gorgeous (beware visibility is highly dependent cloud clarity). Walkable distance to the main station and local eats."

"Lots of amenities and privacy. Great location to stay."

"About 5 minutes from Kofu station. Free tea, coffee and towels."

"Michael and his wife, Kotoha, are genuinely lovely people. They were incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating, and made me feel very welcome during my stay. The hostel itself is very well kept, exceptionally clean and tidy, with great facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would 100% stay again. Highly recommended."

"Nice place, comfortable bed and clean"

"After spending 18 days in various hostels around Japan, and hundreds of days around the world, this one had been my absolute favorite. The best sleep I have gotten on my trip and the breakfast was an amazing treat. Walking distance to most sights."

"I had a wonderful time staying here! The rooms were comfortable, and staff were very helpful. This place has a great personality, and I was sad to leave."

"A great hostel with a comfortable lobby, complimentary snacks and coffee, and friendly staff. The private corner suite is great value for the money. Will stay again!"

"Pros: great price, large room, walking distance from the station Cons: didn’t see any staff so couldn’t ask any questions, kitchen wasn’t too clean"

"The owner of this shop is very kind. They gave me detailed tourist information. I didn't have a plan because I was traveling alone, but thanks to the owner, my first trip to Lake Kawaguchi turned out to be a fulfilling one night and two days."

"If we could rate higher than excellent we would. The host is the nicest person ever. The beds were so comfortable, and they had the best western style pillows. A small selection of free breakfast items were offered which was fantastic. Location was so close to Fujisan station, and it was really clean."

"This is the best place! Very recommended."
