"Location was excellent. The staff was friendly ans helpful. Breakfast was good, he gym was okej and the room was nice. We needed a taxi to Heathrow because there was a strike on the underground and the concierge helped us perfectly."

"I stayed here for two nights in April. I chose a room without windows, but i didn’t realize it would be located in the basement, which was a bit disappointing. The layout of the floor felt almost like a hospital, and the space was noticeably cold. The breakfast dining hall was unexpectedly large. While some may appreciate the size, i personally prefer a more intimate setting with fewer people. On the positive side, there was a good variety of food available, and everything was fresh each morning. "

"The location is great, and the service is good. However, the furniture is quite old. The beds are already deformed, and I can feel the springs. All the lounge chairs and sofas are missing foam. I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "
