"The resort is beautiful, located in a beautiful location. The staff is super friendly and I wished I would have been able to remember all of their names. However, big shoutout to Liliana, Samuel and Nathiliana (and I probably spelled that wrong, too), all the bell boys, the housekeepers etc. It was a very relaxing stay and I enjoyed every moment. "

"No es el hotel que se reserva te envían a Vidanta y ahí ocupan tu estancia para venderte su membresía. Es un engaño porque no te avisan y te acosan para aceptar la propuesta de compra en donde pierdes toda una mañana. Muy mal por Expedia que se presta a este engaño."

"Incredible experience if you are just interested in staying in a hotel that has everything. Absolutely great for kids. Only thing that was a little odd and I hope they change at some point is they seem to only let you take taxis out vs Uber and they are more expensive. "
