This was my first trip alone with my daughter for international travel and the staff made me feel welcome and safe at the resort. Love the variety of food and snack at the resort including the cofee bar and sweet treat bar! will definitely come back with the rest of the family!"

"This resort is very modern and Americanized, didn’t feel authentic Mexican. Beautifully designed with really great food. The buffet was amazing always had something new to discover. Did not like the wait times to get into the buffet or the order coffee from there little on site coffee shop. It was impossible to just go somewhere and help yourself to morning coffee. You had to wait to be sat then wait for the waiter to come over to your table (at the buffet) the train brings you around which helps since the resort is so big: the beach side pool is very sleek. Staff friendly. The gym is beautiful and nice tennis courts. Nightly live musicians were talented. I loved the smell in the lobby. "
