"Loved this property! Upon arrival, I told the front desk clerk,Willy, it was my boyfriend’s birthday and he made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and the property is just absolutely beautiful. Now this is no party resort but they made sure they had things to keep us entertained. We went off the resort for excursions anyways so it didn’t affect us!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the food is better than expected. The buffets has a lot of variety and the drinks were good and quality liquours. The best restaurant was Asador. They were really attentive to our requests or problems. However, not everything was resolved like the refrigerator in the room doesnt cool. Also we couldnt reserved the teppanyaki even tough we call three times prior to arrival to make a reservation and they refused to book and this is against their policy of 7 days prior...

"The staff are awesome. They really go the extra mile. The property is on a beautiful beach. The pool was out of commission in the sky bar. And I didn’t like the fact the kids from whala were able to come over to our beach. Other than that it was a great experience."
