Chianti Village Hotel was wonderful. We had an apartment suite that was perfec for 3 people.The place was spotless, the service excellent and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location about 28 Km South of Florence and just off the autostrade was excellent for exploring the region.

Estephano, the host, made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The room was spotless and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There is also a small kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. We wanted to go wine tasting, and Estephano kindly helped us book a wonderful experience. The property is conveniently located near bus stops, which made it easy to visit Florence without any issues, while still enjoying peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌿

This property is in a perfect location and inside a beautiful Palazzo. I have traveled to 123 countries on business and pleasure over the last 25 years and the Borghesi Siena is in the top 1% for me. Book now and did not look for other properties.

We booked this last - minute and were really impressed with the whole experience. The property and grounds are beautiful. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. Beds were too firm for our liking, but it was easy to overlook as the entire stay was really great. Good options in the restaurant too. The block of hotel rooms is in a retirement resort, which I think is a wonderful idea! Very much enjoyed our stay. We had a car and parking was free.

This hotel is right outside the back of the church. A Pope once lived in it back in the 16th century. What is great is the location & convenience. There is a little noise from all the tourists walking buy, but not an issue when sleeping at night. It‘s a tiny place - i think it has 7 rooms, so don‘t expect much selection for breakfast. Sienna is beautiful and I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The owner Marco, his staff, and family were very accommodating and extremely friendly. They helped my husband and I book dinner reservations, plan out day excursions and even shuttled us to the tram at any time. They alone made our trip easier and more pleasant.

For some reason I didn't notice the negative reviews before I booked (I must have been tired) or I wouldn't have booked this suite... but I'm really glad I did! The whole place apparently just completed renovation a week before we arrived... it sounds like there's a huge difference in the hotel from those old reviews and now! The view was amazing from the apartment. Laundry was conveniently free. The internet was a bit inconsistent but overall the place was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a unique experience staying at a palazzo. The room was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful and modern decoration. The bad points were that breakfast was at a next door restaurant, there are no amenities at all, and the hall way and common areas are not enough cleaned.

This hotel has the perfect location, near enough to walk to everything, but in an upscale, quiet area. Right next to the Arno.

We arrive later than 8pm. Since this is a resident hotel, we need to keep in touch with the hotel to have somebody open the door for us. No big deal though. The building and room looks aged by actually quite cozy. We had the suite one but there is value for price. We face the river and the surroundings is quiet. If you don’t lock the windows, the street starts get busy around 8am. We needed to leave at 6am and the hotel helped us call a taxi (bus in Florence is not trivial). EXCELLENT service!...

First and for most make sure you let the hotel when you are arriving hey do leave around 7pm, we arrived just in time. Check in was extremely easy, as was check out. Staff was soo nice. Our room was an extremely huge surprise! It was 2 rooms the sitting area/dining and our bedroom not only on the other side of the suite but down a few steps. Such an incredibly perfect property for a family stay in the heart of Florence. It was only 15 minutes to walk to the furthest areas of our time there and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
