"I had a wonderful stay! The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are exceptionally polite and professional, which made my experience very pleasant. Checked in and checked out with ease. The beds are also wider and more comfortable than those in other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, close to all amenities including shops, the tube, restaurants, and even a church. "We have stayed at Dorsett Shepherds Bush just for one night and it was our second stay at this hotel and we would definitely be back again. The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff and the bar area is very enjoyable. The rooms are of a good size and clean and in good working order and the bed is very comfy for a good night sleep. The area the hotel is located was very convenient for us to attend a concert (walking distance to both Exhibition White City and Eventim Apollo) and there is a lot of highly rated pubs and restaurants nearby to choose from. We both very much like the hotel and will be returning again, so definitely recommend it."
