The concierge was very helpful with our luggage and arranging ground transportation. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was spotless and comfortable. A wonderful experience in every way. "

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I chose it because of the area in which it is located. The location could not be better for those who like a bit of a local feel, since it is located in a residential part of the city. The room was well appointed with a view of the park. The breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Having said that, I would definitely stay there during my next trip to London."
