"I know the dimensions of the room were given, but it still seemed small. Of course, things are pricey in London. That aside, the room and environment was clean. The support staff started early and the hotel was immaculate. I loved the area because everything was at my fingertips; food, supermarket, Shepherds Bush Market and fruit vendors near the subway. " Not sure if they’ve recently remodeled but I don’t understand the negative reviews. The room itself was just standard. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the bridge was spectacular. The paid breakfast was great. I had some issues with the shower and the restaurant was just meh. But I would happily stay there again. You can’t beat the location. "
