"Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when traveling to Tokyo. Steps outside of the Shinjuku station and lots of dining and shopping options. Rooms are kinda small but that’s normal for being in a major city. Staff was super kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and when we ran out of an item it was brought to us in under 5 mins. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is our third hotel while in Japan. We were warmly welcomed with a smile. One staff member served my family their welcome juice while I was checking in. She then helped us with our luggage to the elevator. The lobby is simply tidy and elegant. The room is clean and fresh. The shower and restroom are modern and spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. They offer a breakfast buffet for a small fee in the garden, which is simply gorgeous! The food selection is good enough to start your day. It’s also a plus that the local metro station is just a minute's walk right outside. A Family Mart, pharmacy, and 7-Eleven are also nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to the Shinjuku shopping area and station. Overall, we enjoyed our three-night stay and highly recommend this hotel. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. "Great hotel a little out of the main hustle but so easy to walk around. The Bakery downstairs is amazing some of the best breakfast items . Try the grilled cheese and croissants . Only issue there is a large step up to bathroom might not be suitable for people "

"Great cheap option! Small pods but I was able to fit comfortably (5 feet 9 inches) and have great sleep here. Clean, the floor I was one was properly ventilated so it was cold at night, and great services like the PJs, towels, and shampoo/conditioner. Also, incredibly central and much of Tokyo was accessible. Only thing to be aware of is everyday you need to leave between 11-3 pm while they clean even if you stay multiple nights. You can leave your things though so it’s not too bad. I highly recommend. When I come back I’ll be staying here! "
