"Good staff, realy accomodating"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "

"Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one evening and it was incredibly lovely! They upgraded us from a Luxury Double Room to a Junior Suite, free of charge and it made all the difference, we were so eternally grateful! The staff was also incredibly sweet and helpful, making the check-in process seamless and quick. Overall, we had a lovely stay and look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"Small but luxurious hotel in the Kensington Burrough of London. Extremely convenient for the museums, shops and restaurants. "

"Good location near an Underground stop and in a less touristy/crowded area. Great fitness center, not very big but had a good selection of weights/cardio. Staff was also helpful when we had questions/requests."
