"The atmosphere inside the hotel is beautiful.It is 150 years old building.50 meter away from Metro.And away with just 1 time get on get off…The street in front of the hotel have many restaurant , market 7/24….Breakfast choice is excellent.Staff always try to solve your demands.They have pop corn at bar at night and it smell delicious.Our child eat every night :) Also Hop on Hop off tour available in front of the hotel bus stop."

"Amazing! Staff were so welcoming, friendly and courteous. The property is gorgeous with amazing decor, it felt very comfortable and relaxing. The area is great with the natural history museum right at the end of the street and very easy walking distance to the V&A, many restaurants and the tube station. Also, walking distance to the Royal Albert Hall, took us about 13 minutes. The hotel bar was lovely and did nice cocktails. This doubled up as the breakfast room in the morning and again it was lovely. A great choice of breakfast foods, both hot and cold and very attentive staff. Room was incredible, beautifully decorated again, very clean and a cute little balcony. Amazing aircon too. Bathroom was beautiful and clean with a shower and a separate bath. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a brilliant stay, we left very happy and relaxed. Would definitely recommend this hotel and it will be our first choice should we return to London. "

"The rooms were perfectly fine and gave us a good resting place. The property is very well located, a short walk from an underground station on the circle and district lines. We could also easily walk to Hyde Park, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Royal Albert Music Hall. This was what we really valued about this hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We did not breakfast in the hotel, so I can’t speak to that experience. All in all, this was a perfect hotel for the location and comfort we needed."
