"My experience at the Excalibur was incredibly frustrating from the very beginning. I booked a Royal Superior room, but the quality of the accommodations was extremely low and did not match the name at all. The check-in process was a total mess and took an hour and a half just to get into the room. When I finally got inside, the bathtub was dirty and there were visible stains all over the walls. The carpet felt old and grimy, the entire space had a strong smell of stale smoke, and there was no coffee provided. This was supposed to be an upgraded room, but it felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here until they address the lack of cleanliness and the unacceptable wait times at the front desk."

"It was nice, amazing customer service and really clean. There’s a tram that takes you to Excalibur and Mandalay Bay. My one issue was that the air conditioning didn’t lower the room temperature less that 70 degrees."
