"The man on reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I arrived he looked up at me gormlessly and said I don't have your reservation. I showed him email confirmation as well as a receipt of payment. He just blankly said its not on my computer screen. I said do you want to check the confirmation number etc. He then miraculously found the booking.
