"We really wanted to love this place because there are some great things about it, especially if you have kids. The water park, pools, and shows are honestly a lot of fun and definitely the highlight of the trip. But not everything lived up to expectations. The kids club was a big letdown. It just felt poorly run, and the staff didn’t seem interested in actually engaging or entertaining the kids, which was disappointing. Food was another issue. The buffet was pretty bad, and on top of that, the staff there weren’t very friendly. The à la carte restaurants didn’t make up for it either, very limited choices, small portions, and the whole experience felt rushed. The Japanese restaurant especially felt like they were trying to move you along as quickly as possible. Overall, there are some nice features here, but the service and food really need improvement. It just didn’t feel like the experience matched what it could be."

"My cousin and I stayed at this all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic for 6 days, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and well-kept grounds that made it feel like a tropical paradise from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the atmosphere—there were so many young people around our age visiting from all over the world, which made it really easy to meet others and added so much fun to the trip. Since this was our first time staying at a resort, we didn’t know exactly what to expect, but it completely exceeded everything we imagined. Between the great energy, amazing service, and beautiful setting, this ended up being the best vacation we’ve ever had. We would absolutely come back again!"
