"Hotel was easy to find from Terminal 2. Check in was easy and staff kindly stored our bags until our room was ready. Public areas and rooms were very clean and very quiet. We would gladly stay here again!"

"The staff here are wonderful, very friendly and kind. Special thanks to the check-in staff, the doorman, and the wait staff in the Irish Bar. We stayed in an accessible room on the mezzanine floor which, unfortunately, was a little disappointing when compared with the rest of the hotel. Although the room was spotlessly clean, the decorations were tired, with a huge hole in the bathroom door where there had obviously previously been a hoist. There was no shower curtain, and no wardrobe or hanging rail for clothes. I understand that some sacrifices have to be made in an accessible room but that does seem like an oversight. I would still give the hotel five stars though as, apart from the niggles with the room, we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely return."
