"Room was very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. We had to change rooms after sleeping in a room with no heat. We moved from the old section to the new tower with no charge. Loved the fresh fruit, cookies, peanuts and potato chips and coffee, tea and bottled water always available. Front desk was wonderful and efficient. Hotel restaurant had good food. "I highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, quiet, and at a budget price that is affordable. It is an older hotel, but the staff is excellent. There is no air-conditioning or heating in individual rooms; nevertheless, the rooms are comfortable because of México City's temperate climate. One can be quite comfortable with the use of a fan which is provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Embassy. "
