"Location on the strip is ideal. We stayed in Versailles Tower, room was good to average. Are only real complaint about the room was that the windows were not very sound proof. They were cleaned daily and re-stocked as needed. Casino was relatively clean and slightly nicer than others, but not as nice as some. Pool area is not big, but it is decent."

"We had 4 people in the room but kept getting only 2 big towels. Had to call in everyday to get more. I wish cleaning department was informed that this room had 4 people inside. The room was clean as always. Breakfast place was amazing. Helpful staff. Safe place to stay. This was my fifth time staying at Harrah's in Las Vegas."

"The casino and entrance was dark, dirty, and smelled like old booze & smoke. Didn't really see any ammenities and the staff was awake. Cab service was nealy non-existent. My room was fine and made up each day. And the $5 bottle beer was a positive. Better clean this property up or you'll be hard pressed for repeat clientele."

"Housekeeping did not clean the room during our entire stay or replace towels or remove garbage .paid double deposit due to their system being down and not being able to extend are stay and additional day.only amenities free was the pool the adventuresome was overpriced as well as the other features in the hotel"
