"My family and I stayed here for four nights while visiting for my grandfather’s funeral. While the lobby matched the photos online, the suite itself was not worth the price. There were several cleanliness issues, including rust, stains, dust, and mold. Due to the nature of our visit, we didn’t notice everything until later in our stay. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, our room was cleaned on the first day without being requested, but afterward we were told cleaning is only done if you call, even though we never used the “Do Not Disturb” sign. I addressed concerns with staff and the supervisor, Eli, but was told we should have reported it earlier. Given the circumstances of our trip, that response was disappointing. The only resolution offered were points for my membership. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again."

"Parking was safe and easy, breakfast was not really good. No fresh fruits, and the rest was barely edible. Otherwise the overall stay was good. With rooms being spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for the near by industry."

"I had rented a queen size bed when i went to the room it had a double bed. when i was looking for a motel to stay at i wanted one with a continental breakfast, no breakfast just coffee."

"It's a very comfortable place to stay, with very straightforward access on/off I-294 and not that far from I-94 to make it "out of the way" for folks passing through via that highway. For someone looking for a quick overnight or an inexpensive stay for a trip to Chicago, this would be a good pick. The area is safe; the property is clean and quiet. If you're visiting Chicago, it's an easy drive into the city from either highway, or only like a 15-minute drive to the Glenview Metra station or Skokie Swift or Linden el stations (to leave the car and take the train). For food, good restaurants are literally steps away. The property shares its parking lot with a number of Asian restaurants, and a number more restaurants are just a block or two walk away."

"Our first impression was when we got out the car there was a strong marijuana smell, but at least it was in the parking lot. I entered the building and there was no one behind the desk. I stood there for 10 minutes and after loudly saying "is there anyone here?" a guest walked by and picked up a white telephone and told someone that I was there to check in. After finally checking we were walking toward our room we noticed the strong marijuana smell again. This is an extended stay hotel, and we noticed that in the room there was no coffeemaker and there were no chairs. If you're going to be there for an extended period, you'll be sitting on your bed. I told the young lady behind the desk that there wasn't a coffeemaker, and she said that they have coffee in the morning in the lobby. There were plenty of coffee pads but no maker. Also, there was a desk to work at, in the room, but no office chair. The next morning, we were hit with another blast of marijuana smell while in our room. Obviously, people staying there are smoking pot in the hotel. Also, the hallway walls looked dirty and the carpet needed vacuuming. The plusses were that the bathroom was very nice and clean and the price was right. We were there for two nights."
