Great breakfast included, buffet and/or cooked to order. Preferred breakfast to dinner, but we usually headed out for the latter. 1 block from the lake. Very good restaurants and shopping all around. Fun romantic rooftop bar. We booked a tour or two, transportation from the airport upon arrival, travel on to Ninh Binh, etc through the hotel and it was a great deal. "
