"Property was huge, it took at least 2 days to get a feel for the layout. Staff was very friendly & courteous. Food was pretty good. Main drawbacks were the amount of walking, the wild animals that continually roamed the property & the beach. I would rate the beach a 1. There was a massive amount of seaweed & rocks everywhere. I didn’t see anyone in the water. Only redeeming quality was the beach bar, it was an oasis."

"Complete dream….. check in a little tedious. That is our only feedback from a seven night stay. You don’t want to hear a presentation? Say no thank you and they don’t push. Property is so gorgeous at times you can’t believe your eyes. Architectural geniuses created this place perfectly nestled in the jungles with natural rivers and xenotes. Food is amazing, rooms were perfect. Monkeys, iguanas and Mexican badgers all around! Just a dream! Go and enjoy! Try Chi for breakfast! Xavier is an amazing waiter and Alejandro a great supervisor! We would go again in a heartbeat!"

"Food was good. Steakhouse and seafood spot I recommend. I didn’t get to try the Asian restaraunt but a lot of people said it was good. Staff was attentive while I was at pool with drinks, food, and towels. They also had some activities to do while I was there, like beach volleyball, and massage class (all same day). There’s an OXXO ( 7 eleven of Mexico) and pharmacy right outside the entrance of the resort. The waves in the ocean are also always relaxed since there are things in place to block strong waves. Beach bag is included, just don’t take it home. I’d recommend taking valuables with you when you go to pools / lunch as someone will likely come clean your room. I left money inside while they cleaned and didn’t count a single dollar less when I came back, but rather be safe than sorry. Cleaning ladies were also super nice the times I did come across them."
