Quiet, amazing view, delicious breakfast from house and locally made products

This property is excellent! By far the highlight of our two weeks touring Italy was Tuscany and particularly this property and its hosts. We felt spoiled from the moment we arrived and were welcomed with a cool glass of prosecco and given a short tour. The property itself is gorgeous and very historic with panoramic views of Florence and the countryside surrounding it. Our room felt luxurious and was very well maintained. The breakfast provided was superb and filling and our hosts even...

Staff is so incredibly nice. I wish we could have stayed longer because with all we had planned we didn't get a chance to really walk around the farm. No A/C if that is a consideration for you, but we went in the fall so the temps were comfortable.

I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Florence. The place is very nice, clean and the staff is great! The sites are all within walking distance.

The room was nice, the breakfast and setting were very lovely and we were able to park our car out front with a very minimal charge. The bus was quite handy as well.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. I would like to give special shout out front desk staff Clevi who has awesome skills to keep guest comfortable. Location of hotel is also perfect for 10 min walk to Rose Garden.

Renovated hotel, extremely clean, comfy queen and single beds. Easy access to the terminal. No regrets! The reception is on the hotel in front of the Fiume, but the lady was quickly. We kept our luggage on the storage room after checkout. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple but still comfortable place.

Nice atmospheric hotel. Had the tone of Roman history with a painted ceiling in our room and some exposed brick. Breakfast was ok. Towels were unusual ,- very thin but still absorbent. Good location. And accommodating staff.

Great place to stay!

Nico was an excellent host!! He was very attentive to our needs and had great recommendations for restaurants. He also sat down with us when we arrived and showed us places to visit on a map and modes of transportation. The room was perfect! Great hospitality!

We would stay here again! Walking distance to all of the must see attractions (Academia, Uffizi, etc.) Comfortable bed, clean room, and good breakfast included. One thing to note; the night we arrived, we entered the building and the hotel desk and lobby are not on the main floor. Fortunately, a guest was leaving the building and informed us that the desk was up a few floors and we had to walk up a lot of stairs, carrying our luggage. Not that big of deal, but had the guest not told us that, we...

Wonderful stay, staff, nice big suite. Great location. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay here !! Very convenient!!

The entire building was decorated with very good taste. All the rooms were spacious. The bathroom had special details like first class toiletries and towels. Even though it is far from the city center, there are lots of public buses to take you everywhere. Just 4 blocks from the hotel there is the most amazing cafe and bakery (yummy). One block from the train station, and the neighborhood in general is nice. Tiziana, the lady who runs the hotel, is very nice and helps in everything...

This property is located just one minute away from Ponte Vecchio and all city main attractions! The building is just magical, the apartments are very cozy ;) I liked very much the design and style of the furniture. It is fully equipped with Kitchens and bathroom. Totally in love with this place!
