"Lovely friendly staff, 24 hr front desk. Clean charming property. Might be good to know beforehand that, as with many old places in Antigua (and Guatemala in general), your toilet paper is not flushed, it goes in the bin. A little odd if you are not used to it. We had baggies with us but none were provided. That would be the only negative critique. Nice hotel with good eating deals at sister properties. Pablo overnight is great at his job!"

"Came in late and unexpectedly due to a late connection. Chose to take an Uber rather than call for the shuttle, but the staff seemed to have been expecting me anyway. Greeted me by name and switched to English when my Spanish got muddled. Was very grateful to have a comfortable place right by the airport when I needed one in a jam. Thank you!"
