"Staff was extremely friendly and attentive which was nice. The variety of restaurants were perfect for our 5 nights there. We ended up missing trying two but most were good! The beach is by far the best part. This resort has no other resorts near, so it’s basically a private beach for just one resort. And the wait staff come check on you frequently, allowing you to just relax and enjoy!"

"This property looked good on paper, but it was actually better in person. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the hotel was beautiful and modern and the food was amazing!! Especially the Asian and French restaurants. The bar right below the lobby of the hotel was our favorite because of the great service and friendliness of the staff. The service was sooo good that I need to give them a big shout out: Huge thanks to Narciso Juliany, Elisandra, Anabel, Dahainy, Gregory and Adreisy. Also at the Asian/Hibachi restaurant, we had the best cook (Patricio) preparing our meals. So engaging and full of energy and the food was outstanding!!! At the breakfast buffet we would always be serviced by Eusi Bido, he was one of the best and he always took care of us to the point that he would go above and beyond the call of duty. At the main pool, the entertainment was really good as well, those guys are full of energy and keep the crowd active and happy! The only two issues were that my room had a moldy smell and it was more intense at night time when we went to sleep. And we got the VIP package and were told that we would be able to get a late check out since our flight was late at night. The day I went to request it, the manager was not friendly or helpful and wanted to charge me if I needed to do a late check out. That left a bad taste in my mouth my last day at the resort. But overall, I love this property and will definitely come back with my family. "

"Positives: -Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. -Pools and common areas were all very clean. -Most of the food was very good which is a great complement as Im picky with food coming from New York City area. -Atmosphere is very upscale -A lot of choices for things to do and restaurants to go too. Negatives that I personally found: -My main negative is how many people tried to sell us stuff!! Every day multiple times a day I had people asking if I want to do paid activities, paying for photos taken of us, people on the beach selling stuff, tables set up in the lobby area to buy stuff, and even wanting us to go to listen to a presentation for a free massage. This lowered my experience here a little bit. -Need more towels in pool areas. Found myself hunting down towels a lot -my room had 3 lights out in the room Overall I would recommend coming here as I went to the Hard Rock in Punta Cana which was more expensive and had just as great of an experience as there especially for a couple or an adult. The separate El Beso areas were great! "
