"Our stay was an excellent experience. The hotel provided transportation to and from the other location where the party happens. Riu Party was great every time we enjoyed it. Las Americas is a well kept, very clean hotel. The beach at the hotel is amazing and calm, the water extremely clear. The restaurants are great, you don't have to make reservations, except for the steak house, which was over hyped in my opinion the food wasn't as advertised. Other than that the other restaurants are excellent and the buffet even better. Santiago from the buffet at night was amazing to us. I would come back to Riu Palace Las Americas. "

"I cannot praise enough how enjoyable this trip was! First time in Cancun and at an all inclusive it was perfect! Will 100% be back! It isn’t to family forward and it’s not to party forward, it was the perfect trip for relaxation but plenty of activities to still have fun!"

During our stay, there were recurring noises coming from the toilet in our room, which disrupted our sleep on several occasions. That said, the staff do make an effort to keep the property clean, which we appreciated. However, the listing states that breakfast is included, which was not the case. Instead, only an à la carte menu is offered, with food that is fairly average yet quite expensive. In conclusion, this place may be a suitable option for budget travelers, but there are several areas that need improvement."

"Our room was always extremely cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly. All areas always smelled nice and was very clean!"

"We apparently traveled to Cancun wrong time of year. There was so much seaweed. There was no use of the beach. No swimming was allowed. The pools are fantastic. The staff was great. The food was amazing. Just sad. We couldn’t use the beach."
