"夕食が美味しくなかったです。食事は旅行の楽しみの一つなのでかなり残念でした。温泉は家族風呂がとても良かったです。スタッフは親切とは言えませんが悪くは有りませんでした。"

"Amazing dinner"

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the place was beautiful. Would recommend buying mosquito repellent in advance as the outside was swarming"

"The river it is next to has a check-dam right infront of the river side rooms, making the balconies very loud. If you pay extra for the in room onsen, then it is not as tranquil as you might expect. "We love our private onsen. Beautiful property, very close to the Ropeway and Sight Seeing Cruise port. Not much of anything else!"

"Overall, we had a great stay at Rakuten Stay Fuji View Hakone, and would definitely recommend it.” The heated floors, tatami room, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and projector for movies and music made the space feel cozy and thoughtful. "This stay was excellent, the location and onsens were incredible. From the private onsen in your room to the public onsen, it was a great experience. If you can absolutely recommend you take the meal option it's incredible for dinner and breakfast in the ryokan."

"Crowded and very loud"

"家族のお誕生日に利用させていただきました。スタッフの方々の対応が、とても素晴らしく、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。お誕生日ケーキも蝋燭をつけて、夕食に提供してくださり、大変ありがたかったです。 また、温泉も良く、全てに癒されました。"

"This is a true 5-star hotel and I highly recommend it. Yes, it is expensive but is a beautiful hotel with and excellent staff and delicious food."

"Gorgeous hotel with clean and spacious rooms with good mattresses. We loved the private onsen option as well as the afternoon drinks and snacks. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay here was nothing short of spectacular. The staff are so helpful and attentive. Our room was meticulously cleaned daily. Would absolutely come back!"
