"We were very pleased with this stay! Excellent amenities. There were plenty of pools and fun things for the kids to do! The rooms were nice and equipped, the resort was clean, and everyone was friendly. The mattresses were a little old and could use some updating. I would also recommend more pool chairs, as well as opening the indoor basketball court that is advertised online. We would definitely stay there again! Very impressed with the facilities and the rooms. "

"Bathroom and sink were horrible smell some mold build up. Visible pet feces stains in my room. Spent hours of my own time trying to clean them to realize the smell was the plumbing etc. no bathroom fan: good value nice pool, crowd was decent but a moldy stained room can’t be acceptable "

"Room was dirty when we arrived and toilet would not flush without taking lid off of the tank and pushing down on the flush valve. "

"Well when we checked in our bathroom sink was clogged and for the next three days I asked every morning before we left to have it fixed it never got done. The lady at the desk would write a note for maintenance and nothing ever happened. Now let me tell you have you ever try using a bathroom with a clogged sink with three women trying to get ready for the day absolutely a nightmare. It also took till the second day with 2 reminders to have the shampoo and conditioner refilled as it was almost empty at check in. Very disappointing for our Florida trip. Sincerely Dave Weber"

"We are always staying at resorts this was our first time at this one. Very clean rooms housekeeping staff not to friendly it’s ok no security in the front entrance 3 fights one physical and people parking in front of the entrance while checking in not letting anyone move there cars because they were blocked and fights and arguments began as we waited in our vehicle while husbands were checking in. No police or security anywhere. Very scary. But the resort looked nice from our room we were a bit intimidated to walk around. Did not let my teens explore cause of the yelling and screaming around us not sure if fighting or just having a good time. "
