"It was a really nice hotel and experience. Bed was uber comfortable, noise level low. The corridor did have a slight carpet smell. Would advice that maybe something be done about it but inside the room and else where was great. Restaurant was really good and breakfast was excellent, would not mind if they were syrup options at the coffee machine for some extra variety and touch. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. "We were welcomed by all the staff who saw us which was lovely. We were given information and tips on where to eat and drink as well as clear instructions on room services. All the staff we bumped into from managers to cleaning crew were professional and very polite. We will definitely stay and recommend Thank you"

"Perfect stay, cannot fault it. Our room was absolutely huge with all the amenities you could ask for. Lovely view too. Parking is really easy and convenient and I think for central London it’s great value. We always stay in Canary Wharf but first time at this hotel and we have already booked to return in a couple of months. "

"First time staying at this chain and was so pleasantly surprised by price, location, cleanliness and above all the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. Rooms are basic but all you need, the shower was good. Towels fresh. Pretty much everything you’d need in a hotel room in a big city where you’ll spend most of the time outside of the room. One thing missing for Canary Wharf was an iron but I’m sure I could have asked at desk. I just freestyled instead lol"
