It is clearly a busy hotel and the room was a bit worse for wear. But it was clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast buffet. Most importantly, after our stay we realized my daughter had left behind a beloved stuffed animal. I was able to get in touch with staff who was extremely helpful in locating the toy, holding it for us for over a month, packaging and coordinating pickup, and staying in communication.
