"Had an incredible 5 night stay at the Grand Du Lac. The rooms were very nice and comfortable (particularly the big bed) and the amenities were all clean and well maintained. A special Thankyou to all the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable - organising car transfers, tours to Ha Long Bay and all the yummy food recommendations. Overall the best feature was the location. Grand Du Lac is situated on a quieter side street, which had limited traffic and road noise, perfect for those sleep ins. Yet it was only a 1 minute walk to the church and start of the busyness/shopping areas. Would highly recommend! 10/10"

"Stayed in the Royal palace hotel for 3 days over the weekend. I would strongly advise people to stay if you find that the price is agreeable. As an expat living in Malaysia I found that this was the case. The room we stayed in was spacious and convient and the toilets were of a very high standard. The staff were very hospitable. In particular Angela and Suly, they provided us with any information that we needed. They were very helpful with all general enquiries and more. The food was of a very good standard. As a vegetation accompanied by meat eaters I found it delicious. From pancakes to pumpkin soup to omelettes the hotel provided all of us with an excellent start to the day.I really enjoyed my stay there. The place is at a good point. Hanoi is like New York, using a grid system, and it was very easy to get around.Overall good value for money."

We booked a stay at the hotel 6 years ago for a honeymoon that we didn’t mange to make it due to a war conflict in our country and it was nice to finally come to the hotel snd vietnam"

"Swimming pool, Zym, Golf is amazong at this hotel. Also the breakfast and staffs are very respectful and helpful. Definately a class of hotel, will come back again. "

"Above all, I would say that the hotel staff is fabulous. They are kind, attentive, friendly, and could not have been more welcoming. The only issue that we had was concerning the park next to our hotel room that was blasting music day and night. After traveling over 20 hours, it would’ve been nice to have been able to get a good night sleep. I will also note that there were a lot of Scaffolding and miscellaneous extra hotel stuff that was stacked outside of our window of the bathroom. I thought that was unprofessional and would have preferred not to have had to look at it. "
