"Staff are amazing and friendly very helpful. Location of the hotel is great within a 5 minutes walk from all the important destinations and some great food spots. WiFi is very temperamental so doing work was difficult. And the walls are quite thin so if someone is noisy you can hear it clearly "

"i can't say anything about hotel, as I arrived receptionist told me thay doing reconstruction of floor and will transfer me to they other hotel MY MOON. And that is even better and more expensive.So no mail, info about cobstractuons, not asking me if i like to be near railway. check in was fast as they didn't want to let me to wait, but room where i supposed ro be wasn't ready, i came after 2 pm. so I get small one. in that room is wundow to hallway and you see lights every time someone come to...

"Good location for a quick shower before catching a train as it is right next door to the Hanoi to Sapa train. However the beds are very hard and the rooms are a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. The shower is combined with the toilet and the floor gets a lot of water over it because the drainage is inadequate if you have the shower pressure too high. The rooms are cheap and there is value for very short stay for a refresher shower but I would not stay here for a full night."
