"Bad staff at check-in and at dinner.
Room wasn't prepared with sofa bed setup
Dinner was very expensive and very average. Premier inn food is better.
Pool was fine - But issues with towels and dressing gowns. Know you need to book pool ahead.
Room was fine/clean and beds were comfortable"

"Excellent staff assisting with check in upon arrival. Complementary umbrellas to borrow which was very convenient. Great location only a few minute walk from tube stations, parliament and a fun bar with welcoming locals right next door. And a fun rooftop bar offering food and drinks. "
