"Feels like luxury for sure. Really big sized rooms, comfy bed - had an amazing sleep. Breakfast was good - nothing amazing but definitely fine enough. Didn’t use the facilities (gym and pool) but looked lovely. Really nice and clean room, lovely bathroom and a tub!"

"The property was beyond our expectations. Staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Their restaurant was superb and the breakfast spread was top notch. Jimmi, the receptionist very efficiently organised transport to Sapa for us at the last minute...a big shout out for all the staff especially Jimmi and Alex. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anybody looking for a place in Hanoi Old Quarters. Great location...great food...great staff...great rooms...what more can one ask for!"
