"Internet was fast and reliable, room was clean and well appointed, staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfy. Continental breakfast (mostly cereal, a few fruits, hard boiled eggs, toast, and the like) would be fine if included in your stay, but if you have to pay extra to get it, you'd probably do well to grab a bite elsewhere nearby (restaurant wasn't open early so I can't comment on the offerings there). Overall an excellent place to stay if you're going to an event at BC Place!"

"Hotel and room seemed to be recently remodeled so it felt new and clean. The exterior seemed old and outdated so we were worried but the inside looked much better. The front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly but they were adequate whenever we needed anything. It was a great neighborhood with lots of food options very walkable. There was construction in the neighborhood so sidewalks weren't great but otherwise great. We did not feel unsafe at all and would stay again because it was a great value."

"Upon check-in, we noticed an unfamiliar metal piece and several screws placed on the bathroom counter. At the time, it was unclear what it belonged to, so we left for a concert without giving it much thought. When we returned later and attempted to use the shower, we discovered that the piece was actually part of the shower door track, which had become completely detached. Unfortunately, when my friend tried to close the shower door, it came off and fell onto her foot, causing a significant bruise. This appeared to be a pre-existing maintenance issue that had not been properly addressed prior to our arrival. Given the safety risk, the room should have been taken out of service until the repair was completed. Disappointing. "

"Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable had a weird issue where the cleaning lady cleaned the hair out of the brush of my partner talked to the front desk staff and they didn't get back to me as to why the cleaning lady thought it was something they needed to touch at all. Cleaning lady then came by the room I thought to maybe apologize but they knocked and knocked to see if they left their charger in our room "

"Shower was kinda weird and hard to use. Room was very spacious. Pillows were kind of uncomfy. They left earplugs as your are right next to BC place. Overall decent stay for the price and a good location. "
