"The hotel has a great location for walking Hanoi and visit turistic places. You have to check you book a room with windows (many similar good hotels in the Old Quarter offer rooms with no windows). Great brakfast. Pool is on the roof and has little space around but it is enough to refresh with great views."

The biggest value of this hotel are staff. They are extremely helpful, very motivated and speak excellent english. We were treated as special guests! The staff arranged various excursions, train tickets, and even took us to the train station. We would stay in this hotel the next time we visit Hanoi."
