He went out of his way to accommodate my arrival time as well as assisting me to get to the airport at the end of my stay, very early, by navigating me through the city's water busses and having a taxi waiting for me at the drop off. He also was essential to help me through the city and had great recommendations provided for food, travel, and shopping. I could not have appreciated him more! Palazzo Odoni was an ideal location for our 2 weeks stay in Venezia. Stairs were NO problem at all for us. Room was large, bright, and quaintly Venetian- so lovely to hear the church bells every morning starting at 8 AM. Team of lovely staff, esp. Carmella - sweet, gentle lady in charge of breakfast. Perfect location and very personal and friendly manager. He helped me with my bags and was very patient.

Great location, super friendly staff. I was pleased they spoke Spanish and English as well. I highly recommend using a private water taxi for arrival and departure from the train station, rather than taking a jam packed vaporetto and walking 15 - 20 min with luggage to the hotel.

This spot was in the perfect location, easy to find and close to many interesting spots to explore. The staff was very helpful and even gave us a list of restaurants that she recommended. We were very happy we listened and found a restaurant close by that had amazing food. The room it's self was very clean and had a nice bathroom and bed. Perfect. Do yourself a favor and get lost in Venice. This was the perfect central location for us to come back to after a long day of wondering.

This place is amazing! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to a multitude of places, including a supermarket and a cafe around the corner that serves great cappuccino. The women at the front desk were super friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again,!

Great hotel near the grand canal. Not at all difficult to find, just walk up to a gate clearly labeled and and ring the bell. The staff were very helpful. There was 2 flights of stairs to get to the lobby and they offered to take up our bags. The lobby area was lovely. The room was also nice with an antique charm to it. The bathroom was small and had a little bit of a musty smell but got better when it aired out. The staff was very helpful, showed us a map, offered to make us reservations.

We loved our stay in San Rocco. Four of us (two couples) arrived here from our cruise ship, took the People Mover to Piazzale Roma, then walked about 10 minutes to the B&B. It was easy to find and located on a very quiet street. The rooms we were given were on the top floor (2nd flr) and were connected by a private hallway which meant we could close the hall door and leave our bedroom doors open when we wanted to, almost like having a suite. I enjoyed my stay for a few days. The staff, and main operator, were fantastic and went above and beyond to help out with some things. Room had great character and all the basic amenities. Bath was well upgraded as well. I think most of the boutique hotels are challenging to find initially in Venice but once you get there it’s great. And they helped with finding transport to,from, etc. I would definitely stay again.

Spent 4 nights in this beautiful unique hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s mansion. Built in 1400 and decorated to give you a touch of the era without over doing it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped us book cabs and tips on restaurants and nearby beaches. Breakfast in the morning was very good and it is served outside in their courtyard. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.
