"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"Our stay was wonderful. The food was better than we expected for an all-inclusive resort. Staff was wonderful, helpful and always polite but there were a few moments when they failed to follow through on some minor commitments. Much effort was put into cleanliness and safety at the resort. We were surprised and slightly disappointed in the wait time for restaurants when there was clearly many available tables. Made us wonder about under staffing. Terrible sargassum problem and smell - and the resort worked tirelessly to minimize the problem and did a great job. Overall, the resort was budget friendly and we highly recommend. You will get a good value for your money."
