"The atmosphere inside the hotel is beautiful.It is 150 years old building.50 meter away from Metro.And away with just 1 time get on get off…The street in front of the hotel have many restaurant , market 7/24….Breakfast choice is excellent.Staff always try to solve your demands.They have pop corn at bar at night and it smell delicious.Our child eat every night :) Also Hop on Hop off tour available in front of the hotel bus stop."

"The rooms were perfectly fine and gave us a good resting place. The property is very well located, a short walk from an underground station on the circle and district lines. We could also easily walk to Hyde Park, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Royal Albert Music Hall. This was what we really valued about this hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We did not breakfast in the hotel, so I can’t speak to that experience. All in all, this was a perfect hotel for the location and comfort we needed."

"It’s a lovely hotel in an elegant part of town. There were a few glitches on check in (room wasn’t ready at 3:00, check in time, and then a first floor was given after upper floor was requested), but thereafter everything was pleasantly smooth."
