"This hotel has no valet parking or bell services, the parking sucks havibg to lug all our luggage accross a busy parking lot was terrible! The air conditioning in our room didnt work very well. Thecroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. I dont think i would ever stay at this hotel ever again."

"Generally, staff acts like they do you a favor. If you ask for a different table, it’s never available and will be vacant til you leave. The Americano Cafe neater greeter has a chip on her tiny shoulder and if you are not alert the crap table dealers short pay on the come line odds.- the pool is overcrowded, things are overpriced including the resort fee. The mini bar table eats up the desk in the hotel room and no comfortable chair.- good things are Eiffel Tower restaurant and Nobu, the Uber pick up you have no pedestrian path to garage pick up area, but taxi stand is good and staff helpful there. "

"The room felt and smelled humid when we arrived and obviously stayed that way. We didn’t have a fridge or even a coffee maker. The outlets didn’t work or the tv. The only good thing was the location. I’ve been to Vegas a million times and this was definitely one of the best locations. "
