"First time in Cancun on a girls trip and we decided to stay at the JW Marriot. It’s not all inclusive but we knew that going in. Let me tell you about this Wonderful hotel. Sooo beautiful! Super friendly people and top notch service. The room was superb. Comfy beds with a clean spacious modern bathroom. That bathroom was exceptional. Loved the outdoor pool area. "Staff was phenomenal and professional. We checked in with Irasema and she was very helpful. Dining options were very good! Casa Madre serves authentic Mexican food, everything that we tried was delicious, Emmanuel our server was very knowledgeable about authentic cuisine and Chef Christian came and talked to us about the food as well! We ate at the Japanese restaurant too and sushi and skewers were amazing! The staff there was super nice as well. we will definitely come back! "
