The Onsen was fantastic, it is certainly different than being in a “jacuzzi” or “hot tub”. As for the sleeping, surprisingly comfortable, it is no wonder Tatami Mats have been used even to this day. If you’re a curious first timer I definitely would recommend staying here. The staff going above and beyond for guests is more than enough a reason to stay here."
