"Nous étions à Grand Cana , immense resort avec beaucoup de facilités , plage magnifique, sable blanc le transport aller retour rapide, Suite grand et propre Piscine très grand et agréable Fun république amusant , mini golf on a adoré Nous pouvons voir les autres resorts comme Punta Cana beach mais on ne peut pas commander rien qui semble être logique. Mais nous avons assisté à leur spectacle qui était magnifique Beaucoup de points positifs dans cet endroit, seul point négatif c’est le service qui est long , (comme si manque de quoi dans la chambre, ect) Excellent service de qualité qui ont réglé le problème existant rapidement Hôtel très familial si tu cherches la tranquillité et t’as des petits enfants c’est l’hôtel de choix, mais qui préfère la fête et les spectacles je crois pas que c’est le meilleur. Je veux remercier notre concierge Lissette , Nicol et Samira pour l’animation et surtout Ms Rodrigues est s’occupée de notre suite En générale belle expérience, je recommande"

"great hotel for families. They did a nice job at the broadwalk inside the hotel. Many activities for kids and teens. The kids club is 10/10. The best Ive seen so far. The pools and the beach are super. The only downside is the food. Very poor choices in their buffet. And the rooms are not super clean either. Even though we requested to change the bedding. I could see they didnt change it. furniture is all sticky. Headbord is dirty. The bedding is poorly made, we could see the dirty matress. It was unpleasant to stay in the room or touch anything. "

"Pool and beach were wonderful! The property’s cleanliness and all it’s spaces and design was great. We received a complimentary upgrade to MELIA Level (perk of being an Expedia Gold member). Service staff at restaurants were not always friendly, but it didn’t seem that guests were tipping much either. Overall a great hotel. We really enjoyed our anniversary trip there. "

"This was our second time at Majestic Mirage and my whole family had a great time. Our room butler Vickiana was super helpful. At one point my mother lost her phone and the whole pool staff, led by Juan Bernardo, sprang into action and helped her find it. Love the food, love the rooms, the beach is beautiful, the staff is great. "
