"Perfect for a 1 night stay after a wembley concert"

"A wonderful older hotel with helpful staff. Hotel is very clean. Modern updated bathrooms Our air-conditioner worked wonderfully and quite the blessing with the recent heat. Very nice for the price! Convenient location across from Kings Cross Station. Plenty of restautant/cafe options within walking distance I strongly recommend Altonapoli around the corner - beautiful food, excellent prices for high quality, and wonderful staff. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel called Merit rather than Oxford. Luckily I read the check instructions otherwise might have been wandering up and down street. Room looked to be recently refurbished, small but functional. It was a shame that the bed was a sofa bed so really creaky when sat on it - luckily it was fine through the night. AC worked a treat. Excellent location for Earls Court Underground."
