"Basically this hotel although situated in a brilliant place if you are going to Wembley Stadium, has been neglected. Their was only one man Cooking, Washing up, Waiting on tables, running up and down the stairs to customers for customer requests. The lift was broken, so every guest was having to climb two lots of stairs per floor to get to their room. We were on the 4th Floor, so that was 8 lots of stairs, in 35 degrees heat. "Ideal location for early morning Eurostar connections, as it couldn’t be any closer to the train station. The room could do with some repairs, but it was manageable for the price and location and suited our needs for a short stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout."

"I booked this hotel as it was the same price as to stay in a Premier Inn....well it was a hidden gem! Really nice building and location with a small park. The room was spacious with high ceilings and comfortable bed. The bedroom and bedroom have a lot of space. The bar is very nice and it was really nice to sit out and have a drink in the evening. I will definitely be coming back as its great value and a great hotel."

"キャンセル可で一人利用なので、歩道下の半地下の部屋なのは仕方がないとは思うが、歩道の音が響く箇所があるのと、窓を開けられない半地下なのでどうしても湿気があり、部屋にいる時は冷房を稼働させっぱなしにしていた。タオルも2回は使えず、環境面からは交換しない方がいいのだが毎日交換しないわけにはいかなかった。ルームキーピングは前半は補充されたりされなかったりだったが、最後の2日は二人分補充されていた。土日はどうしても通りから吸い殻を投げ捨てる人がいて、階段の掃除を朝玄関を掃除している人に頼んだが、ペットボトルに入った吸い殻は無くなっていたが、散乱していたものは集められて階段の隅に放置されていた。 外の部屋なので、スタッフとはチェックインとアウトのときしか会わなかったが、対応はきちんとしていたと思う。 アールズコートから徒歩1分という立地の素晴らしさ、近くにスーパーがあり、食事の調達も容易いので、早朝から観光に出て、帰ってシャワー、軽く食事、就寝という過ごし方でこの値段なら良いと思う。 リフトがある宿だと思ったが、通りから部屋、通りからフロントの階段はスーツケースは難儀だった。"
