"Family friendly. Good for traveling with kids. Stared to offer xcaret park access for whole stay (great deal if you staying more then 4 days). A la carte restaurants are limited capacity especially Oriental (Asian). I wish they have teppanyaki. "

We had cockroach in first room on the main floor, than we were moved to the other room on the second floor and no cockroach there, but at the end of our stay we were offered to moved to a better room but on the first floor again. We lived on this upgrade room for 5 days with little tenants again. Definitely cockroaches is the issue in this hotel "
