"From the moment we arrived, Robinson was friendly, welcoming, and professional. My family checked in together, but my sister's room was assigned far from ours. We asked if it would be possible for us to stay in the same area, and Robinson and the team made it happen. We truly appreciated the extra effort to accommodate our request.
Robinson made sure we had an amazing stay from start to finish, including arranging bell service for us. The two bellmen who helped us the most, Jose Cruz and Victor, were outstanding. They were friendly, informative, and always willing to help. Whenever we were ready to return to our room, we would call them before their shifts ended. Even if we forgot their schedule and they were no longer working, they made sure someone else came to assist us. They didn't have to go the extra mile, but they did, and we really appreciated their kindness and dedication.
Having Robinson, Jose, and Victor as part of our experience made our stay memorable.
As for the dining, the Italian restaurant was disappointing. The bread was very hard, and there were flies around the open food station. I understand that some things can happen, and I don't blame the staff for that. The steakhouse was okay, while the hibachi restaurant was fun and very entertaining. One suggestion would be to ask guests in advance if they would like egg in their fried rice, as not everyone eats eggs.
Overall, despite a few issues with some of the dining options, we had an amazing vacation."
