"These are very small rooms, but they have everything you need. I have stayed at the one in Scotland too. Clean property, excellent front desk and located near plenty of sites. The only drawback is the mattress felt like it was leaning. I think it should be rotated. "

"Modern, clean hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Had to drive into London so an onsite carpark was ideal and was very secure and safe. Easy access to the underground which is literally across the road. They may have been waiting on rooms to become available for the one I had booked and without any delay I was given a complimentary room upgrade by staff which was a great gesture. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend and book again. "

"Had a lovely stay here at Park Plaza County Hall London. I stayed over to celebrate my graduation. I informed staff I was there for my graduation when asked if there was a special occasion. They complimentary upgraded us to an executive studio room with a city view, put balloons in our room, and gave us complimentary Prosecco and cake. It was absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful to the staff for being so kind. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Luggage storage on arrival was so convenient! All of the Marlin Waterloo staff that we had the pleasure of meeting were helpful and friendly. The location is near every form of public transportation. I also enjoyed walking to excellent restaurants, historic sites, theaters and the Borough food market. Our hotel room was clean with a comfortable bed and amenities including conditioner (much appreciated for my long hair). We’ll definitely book early and stay at the Marlin Waterloo again. Thanks for an overall outstanding experience on our first visit to London! "
